Pete Christy, the head sports anchor for News Channel 11 (NBC) in Lubbock, challenged West Crust to his annual eating contest.  Pete and his two compadres met up at WC to see which team of three could devour two of WC's pies the fastest!  The two pies: the Hill Country, and the new Buffalo Chicken pizza.  All the guys gave it a great try, but by the end of the competition, WC's 'Crusties' prevailed!  Watch the video by clicking the link below:

"We are located just outside of Lubbock Texas in a small town called Abernathy. Our farm consists of 160 acres that have been in native pasture for the last 14 years.

We relocated to Texas from California from a family Dairy which my father started in 1971. I am married to Veronica, we have two daughters Meghan 7 and Athena 2.

We had a dream of starting our own grass based dairy and marketing milk and cheese. We stumbled across this farm that had been abandoned for 12 years and in distress. Together, we have worked very hard at bringing the farm back to life.
