We did it!  We opened!  It happened! 

The pre-opening was a fun ride, but we're glad it's over.  We've been open 2 weeks now, and it's been awesome.  I'm most pleased with the fact that while we spent a lot of time on the look of the place, and saught and hired fantastic people, that the proof really is in the pizza.  Our pies have been making people smile for two weeks, and I seriously can't believe how many people have gone out of their way to comment about how they just enjoyed the best pizza of their lives.  It's been an unexpected privilege to say thank you back to so many so far.
