GLUTEN FREE CRUSTS ARE BACK IN STOCK! And other GF news..
Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 9:30AM We finally have the GF crusts back in stock, and we have lots - with no shortages in the forseeable future.
A couple notes regarding our GF crusts:
1. They are made of rice and potato flours
2. They are 10.5 inches in diameter, and are the same price as WC's regular pies because of the costs involved with acquiring and preparing these pizzas
3. For now, we don't sell the crusts alone. We are working on gaugeing demand and service usage, and until we have it figured out, we don't want to run low on crusts.
4. While we take several steps to eliminate cross contamination with any wheat gluten during the preparation of a GF pizza, there WILL BE TRACE AMOUNTS of wheat gluten involved with EVERY GF PIZZA we serve, simply because there is a literal wheat flour dust cloud that floats all around our kitchen as we prepare our regular pizza crusts.
5. All of the ingredients on the WC menu, the cheeses, and the red sauce are gluten free
